1995 Dealer of the Year

Since 1928, Rosson & Troilo has been serving this area. Please read below how our family-owned and operated business has grown over the years.

Our central dispatch office is located in Brandy Station for Culpeper, Fauquier, Orange, Madison, Rappahannock.

We are currently running 11 recovery units in addition to support
seven Spill Response units.

We also have a complete line of snow chains for everything from lawn and garden to large farm tires, as well as emergency roadside assistance for heavy duty trucks.

1928 In 1928, Harvey B. Rosson opens his garage, selling ice, gas & car repair ... a "snack bar" was soon to follow.

 
1940 Bootsie Rosson marries Joe Troilo of Vandergrift PA.
First Front End Machine installed in the area.
Franklin Rosson, Bootsie's brother, joins in the family business.

 
1941 Bootsie opens the GRILL, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
From '40 til '55, Franklin & Joe ran the garage and Bootsie and her mother ran the Grill. In 1955 Franklin, his wife and son are lost to a fatal automobile accident, Joe & Bootsie's olderst daughter, Kathy, was the only survivor.

 
1958 Upgraded front-end equipment to the latest electronic technology, by BEAR. Became a Jeep Franchise Dealer in the late '50's till the mid '70's. Still keep a large inventory of antique Jeep parts in stock.

 
1960 Upgrade garage to accommodate over-the-road tractors.

 
1962 Rosson & Troilo featured in the national publication of Bear Alignment.

 
1964 Joe Troilo aligns race cars for drivers such as A.J. Foyt at Indianopolis 500.

 
1975 Tony, Joe & Bootsie's son, recovers from a near fatal automobile accident.

 
1978 Rosson & Troilo becomes a GoodYear Independant Tire Dealer.

 
1983 Rosson & Troilo expands operations to an 18 acre complex in Brandy Station.

 
1985 Tony is invited to the Indianopolis 500 to balance race car tires for top NASCAR drivers.

 
1986 Grand opening of the Warrenton location.

 
1990 Rosson & Troilo expands operations into Heavy Duty Towing Recovery.

 
1995 Tony is named "1995 Dealer of the Year" by Modern Tire Dealers, a national magazine, covering tire dealers throughout the United States and Canada.

 
2001 Tony Troilo receives the prestigous "Hero" award presented by the American Towman, Inc., a national publication.

Grand opening of the Opal location.

 
2003 Celebrating the 75th Anniversary of Rosson & Troilo with an All-American Soap Box Derby race in downtown Culpeper.

Sold Rosson & Troilo of Opal.

 
2005 Tony Troilo receives the prestigious Towman Commendation award from American Towman, Inc., a national publication.

 
2006 Rosson & Troilo sells Tire and Automotive Repair Parts of both Brandy Station and Warrenton locations.

Rosson & Troilo becomes an exclusive Towing, Recovery, & Emergency Road Service provider and is now located at
18351 Brandy Rd. Brandy Station VA and 19 Broadview Ave. Warrenton VA
